mY t@iwaN tRiP...day 3

once again.. morning call was at 6.30.. the breakfast was similar to the previous morning so i wasn't particularly excited about it.. We went to Taroko Gorge where we witnessed the magnificent beauty of the external spring shrine, swallow caves, nine turn grotto and "tian hsiang"After taking in the beautiful sights, we had lunch before heading to a place where they sell health products such as lingzhi.. My mum ended up buying quite a lot..After that, it was a long ride to Tai Dong where we enjoyed the hot spring.. The water was really hot man.. And it was compulsory to wear those ugly shower caps since we dun have swimming caps.. anyway, although we are all smiling brightly for this pic, dun be fooled.. haha.. we were forced by my mum to take this pic.. we look so ugly with those hotel shower caps..After the hot spring, it was already 5 plus.. we were scheduled to check into a resort called "Master Bear Resort".. a cute name for a cute place.. the resort is not very big but it has quite a lot of facilities.. They actually have a small court which will become an ice-skating ring when its winter time. And they have a mini arcade where the basketball machine was the most popular.. My brother is good at it but our tour guide was even better.. He was like scoring like 300 plus consistently.. wow.. => While waiting for dinner to start, we went to get bicycles(which were free!) and cycled round the resort..After dinner, we were asked to gather at the parade square where we wrote our wishes on the giant paper lanterns.. it is believed that your wishes will be fufilled will come true after you release the laterns into the sky.. Looking at the lanterns in the dark sky was a beautiful sight..At the end, our tour guides released fireworks which they went out to buy on their own accord.. "xie le dao you men".. They know that we cant release fireworks in singapore so they went to buy them.. The noise was deafening but the sights were breathe-taking.. i've never seen fireworks so close before.. Later we were treated to traditional muah chee which was damn nice.. nicest muah chee tat i've ever eaten.. This was definitely one of the most memorable nights of the trip..
